- Students who live in Pakistan.

- Male and female students enrolled in four-year or five-year bachelor’s degree programs at HEC-approved institutions (morning or evening).

Who is Ineligible For the PM Laptop Scheme?
The following male and female students cannot get laptops under this scheme:
- Students living outside of Pakistan.
- Students without a Pakistani ID card.
- Students who don’t provide the needed educational documents for verification.
- Students who already got laptops in previous phases of the laptop scheme.
- Students studying for a government degree or postgraduate college or affiliated college.
- Students who didn’t submit an online application for a laptop.
- Students who have finished their degree program by the time laptops are distributed.
